Meat, Fish & Poultry Temperature Guide

Have you ever slaved over that perfect cut of meat or poultry, only to have it come out dry and overdone? Or even worse, raw and undercooked?

Improperly cooked meat is, at best, underwhelming in flavor; and at worst, unsafe.

It's so easy to get perfectly-cooked meat: simply use an instant-read thermometer, and cook to the recommended safe internal temperature. We use and love these inexpensive options.
