How to Place a Wholesale Order
We want to make it easy for you to order! You can order online right here in the same way you'd order anything else online. For those who prefer order forms, email, and even fax -- we can do that too!
First, request your wholesale account. We'll send our latest catalog, line sheet, and your login information.

Order minimums & Shipping Info
First order minimum: $100
Re-order minimum: $75
Free US ground shipping on orders of $250 or more. If your order total is under our free shipping level of $250, our shipping rates are reasonable and you can view them here.
Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Shipping method. Orders ship FOB Boise, ID via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. We can provide expedited shipping quotes upon request. If you require that special routing instructions be followed, handling fees may be assessed on a per-box basis, and lead times may increase. Charge-backs are not allowed.
Lead Time. All reorders of in-stock items received after 1 PM MST will ship the next business day. Ground shipping usually takes about 5 business days to US addresses.
Payment Methods. We accept major credit cards, business checks, and PayPal payments. Terms may be extended on a case-by-case basis on approved credit after the first order. Contact us for a credit application.
Payment Terms. First orders and any orders under $100 must prepay with a credit card. A minimum opening order of $100 is required. A $10 surcharge will be applied to orders under the minimum. Special requests for less than pre-packed quantities will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will incur a minimum $15 handling fee per order.
Checks will be deposited upon receipt and must clear prior to shipment (allow 7-10 days). Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee. A delinquent charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all accounts over 30 days past due. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Selling Online. Many of our retailers are small, family-owned stores and we believe in protecting our retailers' right to stock unique, exclusive items. When you purchase our products on an approved wholesale account, you agree not to list any of our products on any third party websites or marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc. You may sell our products only on your own website and in your brick-and-mortar locations.
Returns and Damaged Items. Please report all returns to hello [at] caboose-spices.com within 3 business days of delivery. If you received merchandise that was damaged during shipping, please save all packages and damaged merchandise. Send tracking numbers of damaged boxes to hello [at] caboose-spices.com within 48 hours. We will issue a return authorization if necessary. Freight damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier.
