How do I track my order?

It's easy! Simply search your email for your order confirmation and click the link, or you can enter your email address and order number here.

Can I change or cancel my order before it ships?

If you find any issues with your order, contact us right away. Because we ship so fast, we can't guarantee we can change or cancel your order before it ships. Check out our Return Policy to learn how you can return your order once you've received it.

Can I send a personal message with my gift order?

Yes you can! We will even hand-write it on a nice card for free and send it directly to your recipient. See how to add a gift message here.

Shipping & Returns

When will you ship my order?

We ship super fast! If you place your order by 2 PM Mountain Time, we'll ship it the same day. If you place your order on a holiday or weekend, we'll ship it the next business day.

What shipping options can I choose from?

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for a shipping quote (include your name and address), and we'll respond with a shipping cost and time frame. 

Note that we do not handle customs or tariff logistics, which are especially important for food items. We strongly encourage you to check into your country's shipping regulations before contacting us with an order.

We can't use third-party shippers or allow pick-up for international orders under any circumstances.

Log in to your account and select My Account to view your order history. Click View Addresses to edit your personal information.


Do you sell your products at wholesale prices?

Yes! We sell our seasonings and gift sets to qualified retailers at wholesale prices. To get started and receive a wholesale catalog, please fill out our wholesale account request form.
