BBQ Pork Spare Ribs with Kashmir Station

BBQ Pork Spare Ribs Recipe with Kashmir Station
1 large rack of pork spare ribs
1/3 cup raw honey
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Old No. 1 BBQ sauce (click here for recipe)
Start your smoker using your choice of chips or pellets. Remove the silverskin from the underside of the ribs. Season both sides liberally with Kashmir Station.
Place ribs in smoker. Smoke for 3 hours.
Remove ribs from smoker, and preheat grill or oven to 225°F. Brush ribs with honey. Wrap them tightly in foil, brushing with honey and apple cider vinegar before sealing.
Bake in oven or grill for 2 hours.
Remove ribs from foil. Brush with Old No. 1 BBQ sauce, and return to oven or grill and bake for one more hour at 225°F.
Remove ribs from grill. Cover with foil and let rest for 10 minutes.
